Our team is built on lasting relationships.
Along with meeting your real estate needs, we enjoy staying in touch with our clients in meaningful ways. This includes market updates, checking in and events. Some of our most popular events are our Annual Pie Party, Sharing of Gratitude event, Business Connection Mixers and Community-Focused activities.
Annual Pie Party
We pride ourselves in being the ORIGINAL PIE PARTY in Louisville. Each year, on the day before Thanksgiving, we share around 250 pies with clients. And we don't just provide your choice of pie from Homemade Ice Cream and Pie Kitchen, we have a big party! A photo booth, food, drinks, activities for the kids...pick up a pie or stay a while. This day is meant for fun. Sharing of Gratitude Holiday Event at LeMoo
For this occasion, we invite clients to enjoy holiday cheer with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres in festive attire with us. There is always a goody bag and usually Santa comes to visit.
Business Connection Mixers
Many of our clients are also GREAT business people. We know that and want to share that with others. We plan networking events and strategically make introductions that may positively impact the businesses of the people we know. These typically take place in the morning and are frequently co-hosted by a vendor.
Community-Focused Activities
Each year our team chooses multiple organizations to support through sponsorship, volunteer work and sharing of resources. We have cleaned streets and repaired homes (Hand-in-Hand Ministries), painted and landscaped (Volunteers of America and St. Joseph Children's Home), walked (ChooseWell Communities Walk Through the Wild), had food drives (Jeffersontown Area Ministries), donated Thanksgiving pies (West End Token Club)...and more.
We do this work because it is important to us to serve the community in which we work.
